Exchange 2003 remote admin tools for Windows 7 ?

Is't it possible to remotely administer an Exchange 2003 from a Windows 7
client like the old System manager from XP ?

I'm unable to install the management tools, It says like XP did "Internet
Information Service Snap-In" not installed or disabled but I have activated
them (both IIS6 magment console and the IIS management console) in the
control panel but I still got this message.
It's the swedish version of Windows 7 and the setup.exe I try to run is the
english version of Exchange Server 2003 std

You might try Windows XP compatibility mode for Win 7 or Virtual PC in Win 7
or just use Remote Desktop to Exchange Server like I do.

This actually works, but you need to install it from the command line. I
