Config Entourage with Exchange 2007

Hi.
I’m fairly green where macs are concerned so after successfully adding a mac
to AD i now wish to setup Entourage 2008 with Exchange 2007 on SBS2k8.
We’re using Mac OS 10.5 to configure and I’ve entered all the relevant
details yet it repsonds with username/password error. Yet I can use same
credentials to log onto OWA? So i'm kinda stuck.
Any suggestions?

input remote.mydomain.com/exchange/us...@mydomain.com instead of
servername.mydomain.com/exchange/us...@mydomain.com into the Exchange server
config.
