Hi,
We are planning to install new DC's with Windows Server 2008 R2 operating
system.

Is it possible to target Exchange 2003 to authenticate/communicate with
Windows Server 2003 GC if I will install Windows Server 2008 R2 to the same
site with Exchange 2003 and 2003 DC?

Why bother with that? It should work without problems either way.
