Outlook Anywhere & NLB CAS lost connection

Hi, we have problems configuring 2 CAS Ex2007 Server in NLB (on W2003 Server).
When the client (Outlook2007 & Outlook 2003) trying to connect, by using RCP
over HTTPS (outlook anywhere) they can connect, but during the work time,
they receive a lots of "lost server connection". Disconneting and
reconnecting continuosly, every 5/10 minutes.
This behaviour is very annoying for the users.
And we're trying every possible solutions.
Have you any advises?

What have you tried already? What's between the clients and the NLB CAS
servers? Firewall? IPS? Anything?
