Exchange 2010 DAG DTC won't start

In an Exchange 2010 DAG with 2 servers, the DTC will not start in the
Failover Cluster Manager. I get two errors:

Event ID 1205 - the cluster service failed to bring clustered service or
application 'Cluster Group' completely online or offline. One or more
resources may be in a failed state. this may impact the availability of the
clustered service or application.
Event ID 1069 - Cluster resource 'DTC' in clustered service or application
'Cluster Group' failed.
Any help would be appreciated.

When you create a DAG, the assumption is that you have DHCP in your
environment and the DAG address will be assigned via DHCP. If you don't have
DHCP in your environment, you have to set a fixed IP with
set-databaseAvailabilityGroup -Identity <dag name>
-DatabaseAbalabilityGroupIPAddresses <x.x.x.x>. Without it, the DAG name
can't come online. Any other resources that depend on the name can't come
online.
