We work with outlook2003 in a Citrix environtment. Therefore outlook
operates in the online mode.
We have users who manage more than their own mailbox. They add the extra
mailboxes to their own outlook, so that managing them doesn't require logging
off your own mailbox and logging on to the extra mailbox.
so far so good, but the question I have is this.
When such a user with extra mailboxes in their outlook uses search on their
own mailbox, then they can use the "Search in" pulldown menu.
When they want to access the same pulldown menun when they are working in
the extra mailbox, then that option is grayed out.
Is this normal behaviour, or could it be a setting we are forgetting?

This is how it works, sorry. Normal isn't always good!
Try Windows Desktop Search ...althogh I don't know how happy it will
be in Citrix.
