Connecting PC outlook to exchange

My Mac connects flawlessly using Entourage to Exchange Server. However my PC
Outlook is giving me all kinds of issues. Please post step by step
instructions for both Exchange and Outlook.. So they start talking to each
other. The settings I am putting in seem to be right but error every time.

I don't have an article as a lot of this stuff a) varies by version and b)
works out of the box.
More info would help us help you ..
Version/SP levels of everything (server & client)
Where everything is (e.g., are you a remote user?)
What have you tried exactly (all steps) and what errors do you get?
Etc.
