Is there anyway to configure in Exchange 2003 to standardize the signature
for all out going emails?
for all out going emails?
Is the Exchange smart enough to change the detail in the auto-signature
based on the sender name, designature, phone number etc.?

Agreed. Exclaimer is great. I just set Mail Utilities up for a client last
week.
Nothing native will do this for you...there are event sinks you can write to
enable simple disclaimers but a) that sucks and b) they won't be
individually configured signatures for each user.
