Hi,

I'm using the 'Detail Template Editor' to change the templates for a
User, Contact. But outlook does not seem to use these templates but uses
the old ones. Can someone tell me what you have to do extra to get this
working.

PS. I already downloaded OAB (as is mentioned on www) but this does not
help.

Thanks a lot in advance

I'm not familiar with this "Detail Template Editor" that you're talking
about. Where did you get it? And what version of Exchange are you asking
about?

I'm using Exchange 2007, and it is a MMC tool (you have to add a Add
In), it should allow you to change the Contact, User, group folders in
Outlook 2007. As far as I know it the form layout is stored in AD and
passed on to the Outlook 2007 client via OAB. But it does not seem to
work in my case.

I solved the problem, just deleted all the *.ost and *.oab files and did
a resync of OAB. This call maybe considered closed
