1. Compact the user mail box.
2. Opening the mailbox in online mode (not cached)
3. Recreated outlook profile
4. Opening mailbox on other pcs
5. Archive all mails and created new profile on other PC
6. Moving the mailbox to a different storage group.
This issue is only for one user. Can I have any other suggestion for this
issue.

Issue resolved now. User was enabled the auto forward rule to his
personal mail.
