OWA crashing IE7 and IE8 in vista

I'm trying to run Outlook Web Access (Exchange 2003) on a Vista client using
IE7/IE8. Everytime I try to click Send on an email IE crashes.

I was originally getting a DEP error, so I disabled DEP but that didn't
solve the problem.

I am able to use OWA using Server 2003 / IE 8 with no problems. And I can
use OWA through Firefox to send emails (OWA Basic).

Anyone any ideas?

Remove and reinstall IE?
