find the object in the 'microsoft exchange system objects' container
and delete it. you'll get a pop-up that explains what's going to
happen. accept it.
you'll get an warning when you examine the proprty of the pf abou no
being able to display the mail-related information. accept it. now try
to mail-disable the folder.
