help with trustee of public folder

We've got 4 conference rooms set up as public folder calendars. They all
have the same person as a moderator. When a user schedules a meeting in
one of the room, the posting is sent to the moderator for review. All
this works fine, she can schedule the meeting, decline it, and reply to
the person who made the posting. The problem is that the message she
receives doesn't say were it came from. She gets an appointment request
with the subject of whatever the person typed in on the calendar, but the
location is blank. With 4 rooms, she doesn't know which calendar the
request came from...any ideas?

AND

we can't have it be automated because they want all requests reveiwed by
someone
