mail delivery notifications

Hello all,

Is there a way to dissable delivery notifications that go out through th
Internet.
Example:
Customers are complaining that when the send an e-mail to users in
my exchange, they receive a delivery notification. I am trying to look all
over the Exchange Administrator Program but cannot find this option in the
IMS/IMC.
I though I came accross this topic once in a book for exchange 5.5 which now
when I need it, I can't find.
