any way to export a GAL to CD

I have a large GAL (no wise cracks pls), and some of the users are having a
tough time bringing it down over a phone line. Does anyone have a method
that would allow me to put it on CD and they upload it withing Outlook?

... add them all to a Contacts folder in a .PST file and distribute
that.

Not very dynamic though!!
Outlook has the option to 'Download Changes since last Synch', do you
really have an organisation that changes that much??

I did find a way to bring it into a pab I can distribute also.. I guess I
was hoping microsoft had put hooks in for something like this.
