One of our exchange servers recently crashed - I was able to /repair
/decompress the database to the service would start - but there are now
messages in user mailboxes that are unmovable and undeletable.  Is there a
way to get rid of these??

More importantly, have you tried restoring from a backup, which is the
correct and supported way to recover from a crashed server?
