RESOLVER.ADR.ExRecipNotFound (exchange 2007 only env)

Hi,

In a migrational process, we need to create everyone as a "Mail
Contact", with External SMTP Address, bla bla bla, and step-by-step,
converting then to "Mailbox Users".

In the actual stage, we are only using the OWA (all in same server
(Mailbox / CAS / Hub Transport), and i cannot clear the "auto complete
cache" for all users. And we have aprox. 500 users.

When some users (Mailbox users) try to send mail to these migrated
users from "Contact" to "Mailbox", the exchange 2007 replies with the
admin message:

Are the recipients picked from the Global Address List? The Offline
Address Book? Or are the errors happening when they reply to a
message?

If the value of the legacyExchangeDN property changes (as it probably
did) when you deleted the mail-enabled Contact and create a
mailbox-enabled User, then you can't use the Offline Address Book
unless you can guarantee that the changes you make in the AD will be
downloaded to everyone's Outlook client before they use the old OAB to
address a message.

Further, if you don't put the deleted Contact's legacyExchangeDN
property value into the User's "Email Addresses" as a X500 address
type, any time someone responds to an old email from the Contact
they'll get a NDR.
