server certificate CN=MAIL09,
mail09 is our exchange server localy since our active directoy domain is .local, so internaly we ae using sunshine.local.
But our DNS domain sunshine.com is hosted by our ISP in this case we unsing msarthost to get oustside.
I let our ISP configured a SRV record for us. my bose suggest we use the selfsing cert for a year.

Maybe it's me, but I don't find any SRV record for the name
_autodiscover._tcp.sunshine.com -- even if I use your domain's
primary NS in nslookup.

What I DO find is an A (not a SRV) record for
_autodiscover._tcp.sunshine.com. Maybe it's your ISP that's got DNS
wrong?

Connecting to autodiscover.sunshine.com just redirects the connection
to http://power.networksolutions.com/index.html.

See this link for information on the SRV record:

Tell your boss to spend the money for a SAN/UC certificate and
configure it with the names you use, or stand up your own CA and
generate a usable certificate. You can always add your own CA's
certificate to the certificate store on your own machines.
