Ignore this test (xyz).

I do not expect this to survive on the MSNews server. But it might be
propagated to other servers. Sorry about that.

I have performed my tests in m.p.test.here. But I need to do a final test
in m.p.excel, because the policies of some NGs might be different from
others.
