I have been asked to supply a worksheet "on letterhead" within Excel.

I'm using Excel 2003.

I believe the request is faulty and cannot be done. (I don't have the
slightest idea on how to create a letterhead "document" in Excel.

Can it be done?

Yes. Insert the letterhead info (graph, text, etc) in Cell A1 or in the
header.

From Encarta Dictionary.......................

let·ter·head [létt?r hèd]
(plural let·ter·heads)

noun

1. printed name and address on stationery: a printed heading for official
stationery, usually containing a company's name, address, telephone and fax
numbers, and often including a logo and other details
2. headed notepaper: a piece of writing paper with a printed letterhead

I would say you need a stack of paper with your Firm's letterhead in your
printer tray.

You would then print out the Excel worksheet(s) onto that stack of paper.

Or if the Firm has a logo, that could be inserted into a Header under Page
Setup>Headers/Footers.

Perhaps the requester could explain the request if asked?
