convert number into words

I want to change the numbers into words like this
FUNCTION(number)="..In Words .."
ie FUNCTION(123)="One Hundred Twenty Three"
FUNCTION(1024)="One Thousand Twenty Four"
FUNCTION(212546)="Two Lakh Twelve Thousand Five Hundred
Fourty Six"

Dollars Function by Bernie Deitrick (works up to trillions) gives you a choice with or without "Dollars and Cents" wording.
