Using Excel 2000 and 2007. I have e spreadsheet selection I intend to print. No problems to fit the width to paper. The selection should shrink in height only to fit on 4 pages, but Excel is shrinking both height and width. I have done it one year ago, the printout is in front of me! What has changed?... more »

Hi! I have a worksheet containing a picture with link. The link is from another worksheet of the same workbook. This picture-link is more than 1 page long. I must therefore print this picture-link on 2 or more pages. Printing Excel 2007 Spreadsheets using 11x17

Some users are unable to print a Spreadsheet using 11x17. The files were orginally created on Excel 2002 and then sent to us. Then the files are saved as Excel 97-2003 or 2007, but will only print 3/4 of first page the rest of the pages come out blank. Some users don't have any trouble and others can't print it. I created a colored table in Excel, When I print it out, Borders printed in color but font is uncolored. when printing the same table from MS Word, whole table printed out in color. So, what the is the problem?

Hi - Is it possible to print one range from one worksheet and another range from another worksheet on the same page? On sheet 1 I have a range A1:E15 and I select this. I then want to select the same range from sheet 2 of the same workbook and have both ranges print on one sheet? I am using Excel 2003. Many thanks... more »

Can I stop the footer from indenting?

The footers in my spreadsheet seem to be indented differently from the main spreadsheet margin. Does anyone know a way to get the footers to align to the same margin as the data? (I'm OK if it's a VBA solution too!) Cheers M
