possible program required

Hello everyone,
I have an Excel 2003 spreadsheet to semi automate my local garden club
produce show.This one thing has stumped me and any help would be appreciated.
The basic layout is such~~

Number Name 201 202 203 204 x 301 302 303 304 305
1 Jones e e e e e
2 Smith e e e e
3 Brown e e e e
4 Green e
e
5 Brook e e
e
I now wish to print labels according to the sections they have entered (e)
Eg.—Entrant number 1 requires 3 labels marked, 1 201, 1 202, 1 204, 1
303, 1 305
Entrant number 2 requires 4 labels marked, 2 201, 2 203, 2 303, 2 305
Entrant number 5 requires 3 labels marked, 5 203, 5 302, 5 305
Etc etc I would like to achieve this as a one of action if possible,
like a macro or something, I am at a complete loss other than doing it in
lots of bits.
Thank you all in anticipation as I have left myself a bit of a tight
timescale.
