Printing Excel 2007 Spreadsheets using 11x17

Some users are unable to print a Spreadsheet using 11x17. The files were
orginally created on Excel 2002 and then sent to us. Then the files are
saved as Excel 97-2003 or 2007, but will only print 3/4 of first page the
rest of the pages come out blank. Some users don't have any trouble and
others can't print it. This happens printing to a konica (fiery) or Xerox
printer. Print Preview shows all the pages. Fit to print is selected. All
users are using Excel 2007 SP2. Have recreated the user profiles. Any help
would be appreciated.
