To print or not print color fill in Excel 2007

If you want to print (or not print) color fill in cells of an Excel
spreadsheet do the following:

Click "Page Layout" tab
In the bottom right corner of that sectiion, next to "Page Setup,",
click the tiny
fadded square with a little arrow in it.
This opiens another box.
Click the "Sheet" tab
Under Print, click the "Black and White" check box if you do NOT want
fill to print,
uncheck it if you want it to print.
