Excel print to PDF - how to fit to page?

We're seeing a problem where if we set an Excel workbook to fit to 1
page, and it works fine on the printers, when we print to PDF it cuts
off part of the print area.

If we change Excel's settings to scale to 85% instead of fitting to a
page, that does print the whole thing on one PDF. However, it's not
centered.

But if we go back into Excel's settings and turn on the two checkboxes
for vertical and horizontal centering, then stuff gets cut off in the
PDF again.

Any suggestions for getting it all one one page, and centered,
printing to PDF?
