Record number hyperlinks

Here's what I want to do:
I have an Excel document with about 70 business opportunities listed
across to top of the document in a row.
Under each of these opportunity names I have inserted a "box." Right now I can set up a hyperlink from each box to a particular "file"
in a folder on my computer so that when I click on the box, it will... more »

Hiding Items in Pivot Table: too many items to hide
|
| |
I'm working on a pivot table in which I want to hide multiple items in
in the Page Fields row. However when I select these items the program
tells me I've selected too many items.
Can anyone help me get around this?
Thanks.

The help files say to use the control+shift+return keys to create the function,... more »

It does not change the size of menus or tool bars. In particular, I have problems using the Formula Bar for working out formulas. On the Mac, I can expand a portion of the entire screen using Universal... more »

Pie charts with cross-hatching in Excel
|
| |
MS took out patterns from pie charts after Mac Excel 2004. I can create them in that older version (I also have 2008), but creating different patterns in each pie slice is hard. I did it once, wrote down what I did, can't repeat it. Have to copy the same pie chart, change the data, to use it. Can't use... more »
