Excel 2007 and the Win 7 user interface

The Win 7 user interface calls for windows that are dragged to the upper edge
of the display to be expanded to fill the display. To minimise the
application you then just pull the window away from the edge of the screen
again.

However, Excel 2007 only appears to implement the expansion of its window.
To shrink its window I am having to click the reduce button in the control
box at the right of the title bar.
I find this very annoying. Are others having the same problem or is this
unique to my install?
