please can you point me to the correct place to get this fix.

cannot get it from http://support.microsoft.com/kb/707417.

There doesn't seem a fix with that reference exists. Are you sure you have
the right number, describe what you think it does.

Maybe you mean this one, Update for Office 2003 (KB907417)
