Dr Watson shuts windows

I use AMD Athalon 64 dual core with 250GB hard disk
Usually when I switch on my computer and open any window it shows some
error of Dr Watson and automatically that window gets shut.So I browse my com
using VLC media player.
pls help me out of this problem.

Using a web interface, it's all too easy to end up in the wrong discussion
