maybe the wrong place to ask...
my project won't retain css 3.0.  it reverts to css 2.1 even as the project is on use.  i can change it, but it will eventually change back.  where should i find what is causing this?
i believe i have installed all the googled updates i could find.

Where in the (I assume Web) project is this CSS setting?

i have the style sheet menu enabled.  there is a dropdown on that menu.  according to one google search i followed there is supposed to be a setting under Tools | Options | Text Editor | CSS for Validation.  i have Miscellaneous there instead and it does not have a CSS option.
