How to get access to LDAP or RADIUS server and manage them with C# . ?

As far as I know short of buying a component you would have to create a
class that opens
the port of the Radius or LDAP server and send and receive the desired
message directly using
the System.Net classes. Find some code that demonstrates network io on
sockets using streams. You will need the RFCs for LDAP and/or Radius to tell
you what to transmit and what you should receive in response.
