the solution is just install this hotfix (its actually a hotfix for .msi
installer - but it solves the problem anyhow !!!) --->

Interop problems in MF4.0

Hello
I have some interop assemblies in MF3.0 and it works.
But when I try to write the interop dll in MF4.0 device i got an
CLR_E_NOT_SUPPORTED exception.
I try to use example from kit: $(SPOCLIENT)\Product\Sample\In teropSample and
got the same exception.
Firmware builds without any errors, exception accurs on run time when i call

I am not quite sure if my emulator is working properly, the V4 SocketServer
sample did not work as expected.
On investigation I found problems with the return string during debug.
I moved the source code as is to .Net 3.5 framework and it worked as
expected after removing the "using Microsoft.SPOT" reference.

Hi,
Basically, I created a class "VoltageValues" where an array of values are
kept, then I have a pointer at another class " BorderPanel" to the class
VoltageValues to get the values, display it and plot it.
my problem now is that, i added a timer which should repeat the process for
every 50 milisecond. but it doesnt work.

I tried to install microframework 4.0, but I preferred to resume the 3.0
version
Visual studio 2008 express C# doesn't show anymore microframework models
when creating new projects, how could I solve this issue??
I have disinstalled previous version of vc#2008 express ITA, Then I

on display i can read some informations about firmware and so on.
I'd like to create a simple application only to write "hello", using the
same current settings:
black background with green forecolor.
Is it possibile with few code lines? How?
PS: I read that console application project has not display output.....:S

Convert string to float

I would like to convert a string to double or float.
In classic C #, I can use
- Convert.ToDouble (MyString) or
- Single.Parse (MyString).
In C Can I use atof ()...
But I can not find the solution. NetMF, someone he has an idea.

This compiles:

But I would like to center the text, and this gives an invalid
argument error:

I am using
dc.DrawPolygon(new SolidColorBrush(Color.White), MyYellowPen, PolygonPoints)]
in a graph control I have created inherited from a panel.
The window has a stackpanel at the top with some text and a stack panel
below with this graph panel.
The polygon outline and filled parts do not line up, the polygon filled part

There were no changes regarding USB in 4.0, only USB device is officially
supported, which means you can talk to a host.
However, no all device classes can be realized with current setup. Are you
implementing both sides, or do you know what class do you need to talk to?
