Someone had experience with tcp socket communication with implentation of
ssl.
The environment is Windows Mobile 6.1 CFW 3.5
Without ssl I have made PDA application which communicates to server, sends
and receives messages, detects broken connection both gracefull and
ungracefull.
The next step was to implement ssl for the same functionality.

Chris Tacke is correct.
Invocation some method with parameters on another thread is not supported.
You can do only different workarrounds

That was it - I think one version of 2.0 actually created a 2.0 directory at
on time. I copied the 2.0 directory found in the C:\Program
Files\Microsoft.NET\SDK\Compac tFramework\ place over under this and it
worked after doing search for the latest System.Windows.Forms.dll and
finding the directory you mentioned Peter.

I'd think this would depend on the Web service. If the service provides a
method for rollback, then call it. Otherwise...?
The essence of a service architecture is that the service provides the
granularity for such operations; code on the device can only call methods
that the service exposes.

Forgive me - i've solved this in the past but forget how and i've been
googling unsuccessfully for hours. I've installed .NET CF 2 SP2 but it did
not create the following directory:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio
8\SmartDevices\SDK\CompactFram ework\2.0\v2.0\WindowsCE\Syste m.Windows.Forms.dll

In my app (WinMobile 5.0 + CF 3.5 i´m inserting rows to a DB via 4 web
service ) like this:

My question is: if i have an error in WS3, how can i make a rollBack of WS2
and WS1 ?

Hiding Cursor - something isn't working right

I have a CF (CF 2.0) based application on a device with a touch screen. So
we want the cursor to be hidden. I don't remove cursor support from the
kernel as we want the ability to drop into the desktop for support and

You haven't installed all of the QFEs, if it's still building with .NET CF
2.0 SP1. The 2008 Yearly Roll-Up contains .NET CF SP2...
Are you sure you don't want .NET CF 3.5 anyway?
