WindowState and PictureBox Dock question?

Hey,

I have got a full screen application and it contains a picturebox which has
dock: fill and the windowsstate is set to maximized.

My question is now the following: Is it possible to let the size of the
picturebox without any change if setting back to windowstate normal? (the
taskbar and menubar should overlap the PB) - Is this possible?

I general my picturebox would need the same size of VGA or QVGA....but it
should be hidden behind the taskbar....
