Reference Value from .resx in xslt

Hi Everyone,

I'm new to xslt and have been asked to make changes to an existing
xslt file. Is is possible to pull in a value from a resource file into
xslt code? I'm trying to modify a menu that is created with xslt, but
the values for the menu items are in a resx file.

Is this possible? I'm having a hard time finding anything related to
this when searching google.
