Round corner do not work after insert background image

I added a panel control into a page and add RoundCorner from AjaxControlKit.
It works fine.
Once I added "background image" to the panel, round corner did not work any
more.
How to fix it?

Hi,
I don't have much knowledge of round control, but you can make sure once
that, backbround is not hiding the round control.
