Installation of DDK 2003

I am having windows xp professional sp2 installed my
system. I need to build driver for my device to run on my xp machine.
Can ddk 2003 be installed in my xp machine. Is it compatible....
plz help...

You can install the DDK on any os and use the specific OS builds. For
instance, after installing the DDK, you will have a Programs entry called
"Development Kits" and from there "Windows DDK"/"Build Environments".

Yes you can install that DDK but why would you. Get the current WDK it
builds drivers for systems all the way back to Windows 2000.

Yes, but it is better to use WDK, which also can be installed on XP.
