Hi Mary, My Temp fliles are empty, the Artgalry.exe is
configured to run on my computer, but I still can't
download the clip art using my Clip Art Organizer. I can
save them but not download them.....really I would prefer
to download them than save them. I went to the 2
Microsoft Support websites you suggested but it talks
about doing stuff with the register, values, etc. I
really don't want to play with that...I have a very old
computer and it has already crashed on me, we had a heck
of a time getting it back up! If I re-install Office 97
do you think this would help? And if so, do I have to
delete the existing program off my computer before re-
installing?

Sincerely,

Colleen

I don't know if re-installing would have any effect or not. In any event you
shouldn't need to uninstall any other programs. If you delete the .dgl cookie your
download option may change. If you can save the clips then double-clicking the .cil
file will get the images into the gallery.
The Design Gallery is using two file formats now, I have both the Clip Gallery and
the Clip Organizer, the only option I ever have is saving, it goes into a folder and
I have to manually double-click the file to get it into the Organizer/Gallery
depending on which format I chose.
If you can use the Gallery then it isn't corrupt. A step up in your browser may be a
solution too.
