Change print orientation from landscape to portrait for picture

I am using Picture Manager for Windows to print pictures. The picture was
taken in landscape and I want to convert it to portrait. I have tried
cropping, rotating, etc., but it still prints landscape. How can I change
this?

Have you setup your printer for landscape? When the print dialog comes up, on the
second screen, there is a printing preference button.
