- Weil sie die Adresse falsch tippt
- Weil die Mails im Spam Ordner des E-Mail Servers landen
Dadurch kommen sie gar nicht erst ins Outlook
- Weil deie oder Ihre E-Mail Parameter im Mail-Programm falsch sind.
