was sich auch immer aktualisiert.

was meinst du mit: immer aktualisiert? Soll es sich Realtime verändern oder
immer wenn irgendetwas auftritt, wie z.B. eine Steuerelementeveränderung

ich meine damit, wenn neue Datensätze dazukommen, diese
dann auch in der Excel-Tabelle dazukommen.

Sorry, kann ich dir leider nicht helfen, da ich nicht weiß, ob du eine
Abfrage automatisch erneuern kannst. Über VBA die Daten in Excel eintagen
ist aber unproblematisch. Wenn du das Brauchst, dann meld dich nochmal

Access ist nicht Excel.

Ich nehme an, Du meinst die Datenblattansicht eines Formulars, das auf
einer Abfrage basiert.

Wo kommen denn die neuen Daten her?

Hast Du es mal mit Me.Requery versucht?

Du kannst eine Excel-Datei als Tabelle linken (nicht importieren). Danach
steht sie auch für Abfragen auf diese Tabelle zur Verfügung.
