I have a Protection Group specific to protect SQL Servers.
Recently I've changed the configuration of this protection group to achieve
offsite protection. I don't have two tape drivers, it's a Dell PowerVault
124T autoloader, so I had to configure long term protection only.
After that change my schedule job run without any erros, but no recovery
point is created. I have local backups configured on SQL server, but I don't
think this a problem.
Can anyone help me out?
Here are more information about my environment:
DPM 2007 with SP1 on Windows Server 2008 x64 Standard Edition
SQL Server 2005 SP3 x64 on Windows Server 2008 x64 Enterprise Edition
SQL Server is clustered, I have two instances.
Protection Group for SQL Server backups only databases and a Sharepoint Farm.
Edson.

I've already tried that.
If I list the contents of the tape, only Sharepoint backups appears.
Looks like the jobs doesn't get queued at all.
If I run the jobs manually, them the recovery points are succefuly created.
Edson.
You can do so via a phone call or an e-mail. The details are available
