Have you checked what happens when you create an opportunity directly
(without a lead) ?

Yes, I just tried it and still no luck. I go to the CRM workflow monitor and
I see that I have 1 active under "Oportunity", but when I look at the log
nothing appears there. Nothing from the past, nothing.
What would it be?
