CRM Exception

I've installed (and reinstalled) the client and keep getting the "An error
occurred loading Microsoft CRM functionality. Try restarting Outlook. Contact
your system administrator if errors persist." in Outlook. I've tried most of
the suggestions seen here (except for the reformatting the HD and starting
over) to no avail. When I turn on tracing, I get this:
