Generic SQL error.

Rollup 2 applied to server - does not seem to cause any problems that I can
tell. Emails are still flowing.
I think it may be causing performance issues. Many complaints today of
performance when saving activities. I usually see a handful of these each day
in the event viewer but today there is one being created every 20 seconds or
so.
Anyone have any insight on this error or a solution?
