How can I pull a report of just neglected cases

I am trying to pull a report of cases that have not been updated for 30+
days.
The Neglected Cases report and all the custom reports that I have created
do not seem to look at the updates in the Notes & Articles tab, only the
updates in the General tab.
As it is described to me the CRM DB has mutiple tables and no one here
knows which table must be looked at for this information.
Has anyone found a way of pulling a report of cases that have not been
updated for 30+ days?

Notes (and inserted files) are called Annotation and you should use the
FilteredAnnotation view in your query.
FilteredAnnotation view in your query.
Articles as call KbArtible and you should use the FilteredKbArticle also in
your query.
If you need a custom report created for you please contact icrm.
