I have 5000 accounts I want to run a workflow on to update data and process
new data I have imported. How can I select the full list of 5000 accounts to
run the workflow on?

I understand that this is not possible, but is on the wishlist for a future
release.

Try this free tool to change the number of records per page (not a
supported fix, but if it works for you then all good)
