Hello,
Currently I have several workflow rules running which send an email to a
user if a lead or opportunity is still open and goes beyond a pre set time
span with out being closed or having a follow up date added. The problem is
that whenever an email is generated, there is always at least one duplicate,
in some cases 4. They all have different tracking tokens. Sometimes the
tokens are in sequence and sometimes they are completely different. Why does
this happen and how do I correct it?
