Limited cases. Contract Line.

Hi..

We would like to know if is it possible to configure a contract line that
has a limited number of cases. I can see in the contract that you can define
the maximum number of hours.

We have some customers that buy a cupon of 50 cases. So We want to create a
contract of 50 cases, and we want to have a field with the remaining cases
that updates each time we open a case for the customer that signed the
contract.

Is this possible with the Basic application? if not, any ideas about the
easiest approach to get this result..

Its absolutely possible. You will need to set up the template with the
appropriate allotment type and it should work exactly as you need.

Hi,
Contract line item entity is meant for such a functionality. As you create
cases against the contract line item, the number automatically gets deducted.
